Shipping Policy

Please read carefully over our item description as some items contain NO STRETCH .

All orders are processed, verified and shipped within 5-7 business days or sooner. Expect longer shipping times during holidays.


We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrect addresses, stolen, or unclaimed/refused packages. You will be given a tracking number via your confirmed email.

The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs. Once approval is given we will provide you with a return address of where to send your merchandise to.


If an item is out of stock there can be no exchange or return under any circumstances. Defective or wrong incorrect shipped items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival. 


If not reported in that time frame, Celeen's Curvy Closet will not issue credit. For defective or incorrect shipped items, the shipping cost will be covered by Celeen's Curvy Closet. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Until further notice, due to COVID-19. NO REFUNDS & NO RETURNS.

No refunds, exchanges, or returns on discounted merchandise. 


The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We offer EXCHANGES ONLY in perfect condition of the same item. The sale tag must be attached to the merchandise. Any worn or damaged items will not be accepted. You may exchange merchandise within 3 business days of receipt of purchase. 

Returns are accepted within 5 days of receipt of purchase. Any returns there after will be denied.  

Items must be unworn/unwashed, free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or fragrances. 

We do not accept exchanges, refunds, or returns on any items while in the white shade, swimwear, bodysuits, or leggings.
